Eligibility: Open exclusively to landlords in Ontario. The property must be currently managed by the landlord to qualify for the membership.

Prize

Reward: One lucky winner will receive a free one-year subscription to our Full Service membership, normally a 3% value of the monthly rent, which covers comprehensive management tasks excluding legal services.
Continuation: At the end of the free year, satisfied landlords have the opportunity to continue their membership under regular terms.

What’s Included?

Our Full Service membership encompasses a wide range of property management services designed to enhance your rental experience while minimizing your hands-on involvement. Please note, legal services are not included in the free offer and can be availed at standard rates.

Goal of the Event

This promotion serves as a perfect platform to gauge interest in our property management services among landlords. Based on the participation and feedback received, we will consider further promotions and innovative service ideas to better serve our community.

Winner Announcement

The winner will be chosen randomly from all eligible entries. We will notify the winner via the email provided during entry. The selected winner must confirm their acceptance of the prize within two business days of notification. If confirmation is not received within this timeframe, the prize will be forfeited, and a new winner will be selected.

Winner Confirmation and Privacy

Upon confirming acceptance, the winner will agree to have only their first name announced in our Ontario Landlord Help group. This ensures that all members know a winner has been selected without revealing further identity details.

Award Activation

The membership will activate immediately upon the winner’s acceptance and will apply to one qualifying rental property. This Full Service membership offers comprehensive property management to the landlord without the hassle of day-to-day operations.
